FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Classic Log Cabins is near CertificationAll Permits, Plans and Documents Have been SubmittedWednesday September 8, 2004 -- Classic Log Cabins are awaiting word from the AZ State Department of Building and Fire Safety for approval of their final set of plans for their model home to be built at the corner of Main Street and Beeline Hwy in Payson, Arizona. All structural engineering has been completed and designs for the commercial version of the Pinecrest Model have been submitted. "This has been a long and unfortunately slow process of pulling together resources and talents from many different sources," said Steven Stevens, owner/broker of Classic Log Cabins. "However in addition to the plans for the Pinecrest, there have been some structural changes that will make the product even better." "The commercial version will be submitted on it's own and will stand as another product for our factory," said Jerry Ryden, owner/designer of Classic Log Cabins. Jerry is currently finishing up the few changes to the plans to resubmit them as a residential building. The factory is currently being configured to start building the model as soon as we get the OK from the state. At first only three employees will be working but we expect to hire some more help soon.
