The PINON Model 1465 sf

If you're looking for a smaller cabin maybe the Pinon model is for you. At 1400 square feet it's similar to larger models but more compact. The main modules are 12 feet wide and 36 feet long. It still offers a loft area but now with a spiral staircase. This floor plan below shows a very large deck surrounding the cabin.

The Loft area is shown here The two log perlins help support the roof and they are at 5'8". Toward the center the ceiling is higher. As you go away from the center the roof runs all the way to the floor. There is a railing as shown and you can look down into the living and dining room from the loft.
This picture was taken during construction but it shows the area from the living room throught he kitchen into the sunroom.
