CLASSIC LOG CABINS of the Old West, Creates and manufactures modular log cabins. The product is a real-log structure that is indistinguishable from other site-built homes. We offer two basic styles of our modular cabins, The Loft Style has vaulted roofs with lofts (a 9-12 pitch), and the Lakeside Style also has a gentler sloped vaulted roof without a loft (a 4-12 pitch). 

All of our cabins are expandable! That means if at a later date you want to add another module to your cabin, you can. 

LOFT STYLE CABINS

The loft style cabins are delivered with the bottom story complete and the loft decking in place. The roofs are pre-assembled in the factory with the knotty pine ceiling on the inside and plywood on the outside. The flat panels are then delivered to the site laying on top of the bottom story.  A crane is used to pick the panels up and put them in place. They are then attached to the structure and the gable-end windows are tipped into place and sealed.  The result is a spacious loft twenty-eight feet across at the base. Dormers can also be installed on site to add more useable space in the loft. 

The Pinecrest

Our model home in Payson, Arizona has all the optional modules which makes it a 2300 square foot version of the Pinecrest. It can have up to five bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. You can also get the Pinecrest with about 1700 square feet and an 1800 square foot version.

 

The Pinon

A 1400 square foot home that features a loft and two bedrooms. The main modules are 12 foot wide and 36 feet long and it also has an optional half-round sunroom as well.
