The model cabin is under construction in our
factory in Payson, Arizona! This is the construction of the Pinecrest model.
Cabin pictures 1 & 2 are from week one. Cabin pictures 3,4,5 & 6 are from
week two. and Cabin pictures 7 & 8 are from week three.
<--This is how the cabins starts. All the logs come into the
factory and are sorted and stacked.
---> The cabin walls are stacked straight.
<---Our workers secure the cabin logs to each other.
--> The third module is assembled during week 5.
<-- The opening for the front cabin window.
--> The
cabin's back bedroom
window opening.
<--During Week three, the cabin's interior walls are framed in. These
will be covered with T&G Knotty pine.
--> The panels for the
cabin's roof are laid
out (botom left) ready to be assembled.
<-- (Week 5) The Sunroom is taking shape!

above showing the loft flooring in place and the support beams to make the
cabin sturdy enough to be a Classic Log Cabin!

(therefore no flooring)
--> One of the interior bathroom walls is
installed. It is covered with 8" T&G knotty pine harvested in AZ.

they stack the logs on third module.
The model is ready to transport!
<--The windows are in on the front of the
building!
--> The kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink are in!
<-- The square timber box around the windows
will be the standard.
--> The living room windows are in place.
<-- 200 amp service electrical boxes are
included on each building.
--> The commercial building has just a sink and
stool in the restroom. (the stool will be set after the tile is laid)
Residential buildings have tubs and/or showers too.

room. The railings are installed on site.
--> Hose bibs and electrical
outlets come standard.
<-- The roof panels are delivered to the
construction site.
--> A roof panel is lifted off of the trailer and
stacked for later use.
